Churches

We are very fortunate to have the support of our church and parish groups around the UK who take an active role in helping us and we are proud to be associated with them.

While James Kimpton's humanitarian impulse was to respond to the needs that he encountered among disadvantaged children, families and communities in South India, regardless of caste or religion, his faith was deeply rooted in the vows he made as a young man to the lay teaching order of the De La Salle Brothers.

Many priests and members of the church congregations who continue to support us knew Brother James personally and have welcomed Father Antony Paulsamy, the current director of RTU in India, during his visits to the UK.

There are numerous ways that church groups can become involved. We are happy to help and support you. We can arrange for an RTU speaker to visit - please contact us to find out about booking a speaker in your area or to receive copies of our regular newsletter for distribution to parishioners.
